She has interest and passion in public speaking and facilitation, always pleased engaging with other who need sharing over her knowledge and experience. Experienced in training and contact center consultancy since 2001, she also developed herself on soft skills specialty in customer service, contact center service, leadership, HRM, communication and presentation skills since then.

She obtained her Master Degree from PPM School of Management, focused on Human Capital Development. She is also a Certified Trainer in Assessor Center and the LIFO® Method from The Schutz Company, USA – BCon, Japan that focusing on identifying and capitalizing strengths to boost productivity and performance professionally.
